2. Description of Service
Konfettia provides tools to plan and run events — guest and RSVP management, seating, budgeting, a real-time photo wall, and a browser-based guest experience. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform; and no use that violates the rights of others.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Konfettia and its branding, software, and design remain our property.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konfettia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
