This Privacy Policy explains how Konfettia ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our event management platform, including the Planner app for organizers and the Guest experience for attendees. By using Konfettia, you agree to the practices described here.
Account & planner data: name, email, password, and the events, guest lists, seating charts, and budgets you create. Guest data: when you RSVP, we collect your name, contact details, attendance status, meal or seating preferences, and any message you send to the organizer. Media: photos and videos you upload to an event's live wall. Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics about how you interact with the site.
We use your information to operate the platform — create and manage events, process RSVPs, render seating and budgets, power the real-time photo wall, send transactional messages, provide support, and improve and secure the service.
Guest information (RSVP, preferences, messages, and uploaded media) is shared with the event organizer who invited you. Organizer event data is visible to collaborators they add to their team. We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, email delivery) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and analytics to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain your information for as long as your account or the event is active, and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Konfettia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
